Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Huncho Co © does not accept order cancellations or returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

For damaged or defective items, please contact us as soon as possible. If you notice that your delivery address was entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately so we can update it in our system before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped worldwide via UPS or FedEx.
Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days globally.
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance procedures. Once an order leaves our facility, any delays are outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

An order confirmation email will be sent once your order is placed.
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including tracking information.
If you choose a service without tracking, you will not be able to follow your package. For this reason, we strongly advise using tracked shipping.

Domestic Shipping (UK & EU)

We aim to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, but please be aware that preparing and packing takes time.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight; we do not offer discounted shipping for combined orders.

If packages are undeliverable or unclaimed for any reason and returned to Huncho Co ©, we will issue a refund for the item price only (shipping costs are non-refundable).

International Shipping

Orders shipped outside of the UK/EU may incur import duties and taxes once they reach their destination. Customers are responsible for these charges.
Huncho Co © does not provide calculations or estimates in this regard.

If packages are undeliverable or unclaimed and returned to us, we will issue a refund for the item price only (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Please be aware that goods may be inspected upon arrival at customs. Packaging cannot be guaranteed to remain untampered.

If you refuse delivery of your package for reasons including customs fees, we are under no obligation to issue a refund.

Delivery times vary by location, and Huncho Co © cannot guarantee shipping timelines due to third-party factors beyond our control.

To ensure smoother customs clearance, we kindly ask international customers to provide a valid telephone number when placing orders.
